Sender ID Registration

Please submit your Sender ID for Registration below to ensure delivery with your CUSTOMISED Sender ID to NON-DND Numbers.
Please note that messages sent with unregistered Sender IDs will deliver with a default Sender ID.
PS: Registration of Sender IDs with our providers can take up to 72 hours. Also, weekends are not included as Sender IDs submitted on Fridays will be forwarded on Monday for processing.

How Do I Send a Voice Messages/Robo Calls?

You can send pre-recorded Voice SMS/Robocall on our website. The audio messages have to be in .Mp3 or .Wav format. The message length should be either 15seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds etc.

(a) To Upload an Audio File/Recording

1. Log in to your account here

2. Add contact to your “saved phone number”

3. Click Contacts.

4. Click Robocalls.

5. Leave the Audio Option if you are uploading a New Audio.

6. Click the Rectangular Box beside File under Browse Menu.

7. Type the Name of the Audio File under Recording Title.

8. Click Save.

(b) To Send a Voice SMS/Robocall

1. Log in to sms.princesageonlinebranding.com

2. Select your Contact Source by Clicking List or leave the List Option if you want to Type/Paste your Numbers in the Mobiles box.

3. Enter the Phone Number you want to appear as the Caller under the Caller box.

4. Skip TTS( Text To Speech)

5. Click Select Audio to Choose your desired Audio file.

6. Click Send.
7. If you wish to Schedule the Audio Message for a later Date/Time, Click the Check Box beside Schedule and Select the desired date and time.

8. Click Send.

Why your message might not deliver

Since the introduction of Do-Not-Disturb service across all GSM Networks in July, 2016, there has been lots of complaints by many GSM subscribers. The bulk of these subscribers had DND activated on their lines by the GSM operators without their consent.

An attempt to deactivate DND from their lines with the normal codes provided proved abortive because the system returns a response saying the lines are not on DND. In this case, the simple work around is to manually activate then deactivate DND from the line.

Below is a list showing the various DND Deactivation codes for the GSM networks.

For MTN lines, text ALLOW to 2442.

For AIRTEL lines, text ALLOW to 2442.

For GLO lines, text ALLOW to 2442.

For ETISALAT lines, text START to 2442.

 

If you get a response that you did not activate DND, then apply the codes shown below:

For MTN lines,  text STOP to 2442, then text ALLOW to 2442.

For AIRTEL lines, text STOP to 2442, then text ALLOW to 2442.

For GLO lines, text STOP to 2442, then text ALLOW to 2442.

For ETISALAT lines, text STOP to 2442, text then START to 2442.

To check  the status of your  phone number  you may  kindly text STATUS to 2442. If you are still having issues, you can contact your GSM network for further help.

How to pay

1. Bank Deposit: With this option, the payment you can send payment to our bank, and a copy of the transaction to our support WhatsApp lines.

2. Online Payment with ATM CARD: you can also make payment through our Online Payment processor with your ATM/Credit/Debit card and we will credit your account immediately.

3. Internet Banking Transfer: You can also make payments for Bulk SMS units through various Internet Banking Platforms.

All you need to do is make a transfer to our bank account.

Do not forget to insert your username in the remarks section of the transfer. We will credit as soon your Bulk SMS account as we confirm your payment.

4. ATM transfer: Another means of payment is through ATM Transfer to our Bank Accounts using the Transfer Option available on the ATM portal.

This Option will usually not display the “Sender’s Name or details”, so don’t forget to send us your payment details.

5. Mobile Banking: Mobile Banking is one of the easiest and fastest means of payment.

You can do this through any of the Mobile Applications of the Nigerian Banks or other Mobile Money operators like Paga, Pocket Money, etc.

How to send personalized bulk sms

We will look at how to send Personalised SMS to a group of contacts on our website.

Organizations like Cooperatives, Loan Service companies, Schools, Neighbourhood Associations, and many others use this as a key tool to send detailed updates/reports about the activities of their member

Personalized messages give a feel of importance to the recipient and are also well appreciated. Personalized messages are used for Transaction Alerts, Seasonal wishes, and many more.

Examples of such messages are Dear Bayo, your account balance is N1,000, or Dear Uche, congratulations on your Birthday.

To send the message, follow the steps below:

  1. Open a new MS Excel Workbook.
  2. Enter the Variables needed in this format.

The first column should contain all the phone numbers, while the 2nd Column and others should contain the Variables needed.

3. Save the file with File Type as: CSV (Comma Delimited)

4. Log in to talk.pob.ng or visit sms.pob.ng

5. Click Messaging

6. Click Personalised SMS

7. Click Browse to Browse to upload the .CSV file created earlier.

8. Enter your SENDER ID

9. Enter your Message in this format:

Dear {1} your account Balance at the end of October 2015 is {2}

Note. {1} represents the Variable in the second column while {2} represents the variable in the third column. You can add values to more columns as you desire.

10. Click Send (NB: You can also schedule the message for later delivery)

Result: The message will be sent out and received by each recipient as, Dear Kola , your account Balance at the end of October 2015 is N2,000

Possible Problems you might encounter

1. If you wish to put a comma after the personalized token like “Dear Bayo,”. Please ensure there is a space between the token and comma e.g Dear {1} , not {1}, to make your message appear
2. All tel numbers to be entered in first column of your excel sheet should be in this format 23480 and not 080 or +23480
3. Do not open extra tabs within the excel sheet
4. Leave at least 10 character space for name (e.g 150 character) if you wish to maintain one page messaging
5. Also use Microsoft excel sheet and not other excel sheet
